The paper studies the principle of the decision support system analysis and system design for power plant in the context of power market. Based on the produce cost, the system applies the ERP management flow and pattern to the power plant, which break the limitation of cost accounting period and data lag. The paper construct the theory and method of power plant real-time cost and put forward an effective method to calculate the real-time produce cost that integrates the ERP cost management theory. In chapter forth, the article researches the cost estimation theory in power plant. According to the character of cost factors, the estimation methods are combined together to forecast the produce cost precisely. The economic quantitative analysis is the total estimation of the enterprise benefit. There are many methods and angles to evaluate the economic action.
