Research On The Main Logic Links Of The Generation Process Of The Consulting Management Schemes

As the most important part of enterprise consulting management, the project of consulting management reflects and directly affects the consulting effect. Because of lacking excellent consulting methods and directive thoughts, however, traditional enterprise consulting management is difficult to get good consulting results. In addition, the absence of scientific methods and explanation often occur in the generation process of common consulting management project because of the strong subjectivity and arbitrary, which leads to the now unresolved problem: overworkload in the construction of consulting project, which full of too much colors of subjectivity and experiences but without strong support of data analysis.The author, one of the principals of STUDY OF THE CONSULTING MANAGEMENT PROJECT BY SWOT, a subproject of the national subject THE ENTERPRISE DIAGNOSES TO BE APPLICABLE THE MEANS SETUP TO RESEARCH(NO:70161001, 2002-2004), an item supported by the Country Natural Science Fund, tries to supply, directed by the model which made by Problem-Group,some methods and tools of logic analysis for the generation of the consultingmanagement project.In research, professor Liang Ge-fu considers that VE and SMA should be the director while constructing the scientific consulting model. He thinks that consulting management system in part-structure and all sorts of consulting methods should be used in management consulting. He then forms thoughts and model of the generation of the consulting management project by ways of SWOT. Based on this research, this paper demonstrates analysis and calculation of the logic links of the project generation model, which is the foundation of the consulting management project assisted by computer.The paper consists of six chapters, which focuses on studying the logic links and the logic relations of the generation process of the consulting management project. To do this is for the purpose that the process is clearer and the project is more practical.Firstly, guided by VE/SMA, the paper analyses the building of the part-structure consulting management system, which made by Problem-Group. And then the paper constructs the model of the generation process of consulting management and also illustrates its main logic links. The second chapter introduces the system, methods, contents and thoughts of the study, which is the basis of the further research. The last four chapters analyse and study the main logic links of the model with the help of sorts of ways and tools.
