European Union is one of the most important business partners of China and international exchange of economic and trade plays a significant role in their bilateral relationship. However, European Unions is also the largest organization in the world to implement anti-dumping policies against china. From the year of 1979,when it first put forward an international anti-dumping action against china, to the end of 2003, the anti-dumping cases on china lodged by European Union had been accumulated around one hundred in quantity. China has become the initial target of EU's anti-dumping measurement.Since China acceded to the WTO, China enjoys most-favored-nation treatment on reducing customs duties and other tariffs, which will benefit to improve Chinese export volume on foreign trade. In succession Chinese produces will be pushed into Euro market which inevitably have a big impact on relevant domestic products of European Nation. It is obvious (self-evident) that the competition will trigger off more and more cases of International anti-dumping on China so that it is extremely urgent and imminent to thoroughly analyze those related legal actions of EU's anti-dumping and then put forward the most effective corresponding remedies to handle them.
