The Study Of Leader's Quality

The leader's quality is not only the inner factor of their activities, but also the basis and the premise of the leader's behaviors. The study of the leader's quality is very important to pushing the theory of the leading and improving the practise of the leading, for it can decide the results of the leader's action at all , and farther influence the benefit of the organization. Following the knowledge economy and the world economic situation, it's the request to improve the leader's quality in all fields.In this condition ,the leader's quality studying is important on the practise and on the theory. In this thsis , I have used the theries of political science, management science and administration science to state my standpoints.There are three parts in the thesis except the foreword.The first part expounds the fundamental conceptions of the leader's quality, including it's meaning, it's characters and it's significance to the sociality.The second part analyze the main strcture of the modern leader's quality. I list the four important parts in this thesis , which are the quality of mention, the quality of culture, the quality of cability and the quality of somatopsychic.The last part spares long length to illustrate measures on how to improve the leader's quality, according to the changes of the new century , I proposes certain steps we should take to perform the transfer of the leader's quality.What is new in this dissertation is to put the leader's quality against the backgound of the new century and the new request, and to enrich the conceptual contents of the modern leader's quality. It is just for help the up-to-date leaders working better. And that's the aim.
