Our Country Civil Law Quality Improve Countermeasure Research

The fourth plenary session of the party’s 18 proposed promoting the rule of law,building the rule of law society become the focus of national work,so it is urgent to promote civil legal literacy.And the rule of law in real life,citizen quality is not satisfactory,has seriously affected and restricted the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.Facing the current our country citizen and the state of the rule of law quality,positive from the rule of law in the construction of Chinese citizens’ main problems of the rule of law quality,influence the citizen accomplishment promote the cause of the three-dimensional analysis of rule of law,and put forward relevant Suggestions,to effectively improve civic literacy construction of rule of law to explore the new ways and countermeasures,so as to create a good environment for the rule of law,foster and strengthen the awareness of the rule of law,set up the rule of law belief,comprehensively enhance their awareness of the importance of the rule of law and society rights according to law,make the rule of law spirit internalization ability in mind,the rule of law,externalizing in line,promoting the construction of the rule of law society,maintaining social harmony and stability,to improve civic literacy results under the rule of law,promote the prosperity of the whole country.
