A Research On Human Capital Oriented Anti-poverty Strategy For Rural Development

Rural human capital hasn't played an important role in the development of China rural economy for a long time. This economical status quo is shortdated, fragile and unstable. So the writer minks if we want to understand the connotation of poverty, we should pay attention to the interrelationship of poverty and human capital. For realizing the above-mentioned research purpose, the writer puts her breakthrough point on the interrelationship of poverty and human capital, divides the article into five parts to discuss human capital which is one of the factors causingpoor in poverty-stricken area, emphasizes the predominance of human capital poverty-alleviation mode by analyzing the main poverty-alleviation modes which have been adopted from 1980's. During the course of research, such aspects as education in poverty-stricken area, people's ideology, migration and health are given special concern. In the writer's opinion, this kind of analysis is helpful to put forward the human capital strategy which can alleviate poverty in poverty-stricken area. At the same time, by analyzing all the difficulties around human capital poverty-alleviation, we can get a deep idea about China human capital anti-poverty strategy in the future.
