| A rapid, accurate and complete analysis of unit economic performance is necessary for individual power plant to improve its competition in market. Based on studying the relationship between important parameters variation and coal consumption, which is significant in operation of thermal power generating units, the analysis of controllable parameter related to boiler, turbine, reheating system and condensers and units economic dispatching etc are given in this paper, offering a basic way to the adjustment of controllable parameter variation and optimum economy in whole units. According to practical situation in TianJin JunLiangCheng Power Plant, a real-time monitoring and analyzing system on its economic performance is programmed and is applied in the power generating units.
