| This paper designed and organized the knowledge model of corn planting and management, with in-depth analysis, focusing on the particularity of environment karst areas and the rationalization of corn production in Guizhou province. The expert system framework is based on corn planting techniques and knowledge information. It can be used in single computer or Net PC, especially for the farmers. It was developed by Visual XF 6.x and VB, Map Object and database systems. Based on the system, the data can be added into the system according to different areas, localize and create applicable expert system in Guizhou. The system framework contains abundant knowledge of the experts in the same field in Guizhou. It can make decisions for the design before production and the management during production. Including the knowledge decision-making modules such as the identification of the planting environment, design for the technique plans before planting, field management, the diagnosis of element lack and adjustment, the diagnosis and prevention of pest and diseases, basic information management and inventory of knowledge etc. The system framework became localized applicable system in different ecological area of corn in Guizhou, guided big areas of corn production. It had a big contribution for the extension of the agricultural knowledge.The characteristics of corn production, the establishment of knowledge model of corn, expression of knowledge and mechanisms of consequence, the integration of Expert System (ES) and Geographic Information System (GIS) were discussed particularly in this paper. Based on the development of the framework, the localization of the system is suitable for the complex and changeable ecology in karst area. The integration of Expert System (ES) and Geographic Information System (GIS) provide success solutions for the space problem in the crops management. Plentiful of primary data and maps make the system more public and simplify. This paper provides an example for the integration of non-precise for the problems complex consequence in one system combined with precise consequence and multiple Fuzzy consequences. |
