The Research Of New Trade Barrier And It's Function Mechanism

Basing on the overall analysis on the conception of new trade barrier and it's function mechanism, this dissertation wants to clarify the conception of new trade barrier which is the most important trade barrier in the field of international trade, then analysis's the function mechanism of the new trade barrier. After the further analysis, it gives a lot of relevant advice to conquer the new trade barrier.Besides prologue, this dissertation includes five parts.Part 1, clarifies the identified conception of new trade barrier that has been named green trade barrier and environment trade barrier by some other scholars. This dissertation pays attention to the field of food, so the conception of new trade barrier in the field is clarified particularly.Based on the description of the case about vegetable trade dispute between China and Japan, the dissertation descripts the characteristics of new trade barrier in the field of international food trade, and analysis the new trade barriers adopted by Japanese government.Part 3 comprise Chapter3 and chapter 4 , which analysis not only the function mechanism of the core new trade barrier but also it's affections to the rules of WTO and developing countries.The last part also the fifth chapter is a policy one. A lot of useful policies and advice are presented.In sum, the study shows that the new trade barrier is the most important trade barrier in the food field; our government should do his best to join in the new around agriculture negotiation and urge food enterprises to adopt the trace -ability system.
