| Lenin's new economic policy creatively developed Marx-Engles' theory on the construction of socialism. It was an innovation in Russia with the backward economy and culture. Basically, it was a creative mixed experiment between socialist system and capitalist market economy. It showed the socialist countries which were still in the backward state on economy and culture a new social developing road. Nowadays, it is still playing a very important role in today's socialist modernization.
