With the development of the society and economics, it is very popular for people to change their job. People seldom work in the same unit in their whole life. Those people who change their jobs will inevitably take away the management experiences particular to that unit. To China entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau (CIQ in short), what they take away is more often the capability to compete with their foreign counterparts. So, it is very important to find a way to deal with this problem.As a local bureau, Suzhou CIQ had handled such thing perfectly. The methods they use are as follows:Providing a sound environment surroundings to the subordinates in their working, living, studying and moral field.Establishing all the systematizations that are necessary.Developing the space, which is needed by both career and personality.Communicating with employees frequently.Increasing the staff s income.
