The relationship of agricultural development and agricultural education is interrelated and interactive. For the importance of this two in the national economy, it is interesting to elucidate the interactive mechanism between agricultural development and agricultural education. In this study, India and Korea were selected as far as two of them are developing countries and have some similarities to China. Among of them, Indian is a underdeveloped country with lower agricultural productivity, whereas Korea characterized as a rapid development rate country. So, the mechanism which defined from this two countries will have a great significance to the related research in China.The whole report is divided into four parts besides the introduction. The first chapter analyze the interactive mechanism of India based on a glossal of concerned material. From the inner relationship of Indian agricultural development and agricultural education, it indicated that Indian agricultural education achieved dramatic development while the government take the measures to develop agriculture. On one side, the demand for agricultural technology stimulate Indian agricultural university to develop technology. On the other side, agricultual university enlarge the student enrollment in order to meet the requirements of agricultural development. From the external relationship of Indian agricultural development and agricultural education, it showed that Indian government stimulated the interaction of Indian agricultural development and agricultural education from the system. At the same time, it paid attention to exert the fuction of marketplace in agricultural development and agricultural education.The second chapter mainly aimed at the interactive mechanism of Korean agricultural development and agricultural education. It indicated that government, marketplace, intermediary organism, and culture stimulated the interaction of Korean agricultural development and agricultural education.The third chapter, the interaction between agricultural development and agricultural education of the two counties were analyzed by the structural functionlism, the theory of the relationship between education and economy, the theory of government malfunction and market malfunction, as well as the theory of intermediary organism.The fourth chapter summarize the experience of Korean and Indian agricultural development and agricultural education. Which give some insight into China agricultural development and agricultural education.
