| Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Every country in the world attaches importance to agricultural development and agricultural education. Meanwhile they also pay much attention to the close connection between them. On one hand , agricultural development provide the material foundation for agricultural education. On the other hand, agricultural education provide intellectual support for agricultural development, which can accelerate the speed of agricultural development. There exists an interactive relationship .Nowadays, in some developed countries ,such as America, Japan, Netherlands and Denmark ,both agriculture and agricultural education have a higher developing level. They are all successful examples of realizing the interactive relationship between agricultural development and agricultural education. In this paper the author select the four countries with different resources as typical case in point to analyze and compare. Through explaining, comparing and abstracting each countries' general development condition of agriculture and agricultural education, the author promulgate the interactive mechanism between agricultural development and agricultural education, as well as the contributing factor of these interactive mechanism. In the end ,according to present conditions of agricultural development and agricultural education in our country, some beneficial suggestions were put forward.This paper consists of five sections. Section one introduce the background, objective, significance, research trends in china and foreign countries, the main content of the research and the research method. Section two briefly introduces the general developing condition about agricultural development and agricultural education in America, Japan, Netherlands and Denmark .Section three promulgates the interactive mechanism between agricultural development and agricultural education, as well as the contributing factor of these interactive mechanism. Section four analyzes two theories about interactive mechanism between economy and education. The two theories are "Social Interaction Theory" and "Human Capital Theory". Section five sums up the common experience of the interactive mechanism between agricultural development and agricultural education in four developed countries and some inspiration to our country. Section six deals with the conclusion. |
