Research On The Management Of Cohp After Reorganization

Since CHOP was reformed in 1999, some important changes had happened on organization structure , business management , finance management and personnel management. So the old organization structure couldn't meet the developing requirement of mew situation both on content and style .With China is entering into the world trade organization , it's required to strength management system further , prepare and improve available management system and actions to meet the requirements for achieving enterprise's moden management and taking part in international competition.With China's position in the international market becomes more and more important, the enterprise's management must be more standard , scientific and suitable for the changes of the market.This paper is mainly directing against the management theories of modern petroleum selling enterprises after CHOP has been reformed , basing upon the clue of establishing and perfecting new organization structure , emphasizing and analyzing theoretically the management problems on four aspects of organization structure , business management, finance management and personnel management ,as well as analyzing theoretically on the good results and new problems after the enterprise's reform . This paper unites theory with practice , elaborates in systematic way on the measures to prepare and improve available management system and actions .making scientific and standard management regulation suited to the petroleum selling enterprises.
