On Common Prosperity And Gap Between The Rich And The Poor

In recent years, in the economic system reform setting up socialism market economy system, we have already made great achievements. The content of this article includes four parts: The first part: Have explained deeply that the common prosperity is a basic goal of socialism construction of our country. The common prosperity should be in the question of the scientific socialism. Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Mao Zedong had probed to common prosperity issue in various degrees. On the basis of inheriting Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and combining the reality of China, Deng Xiaoping has formed the common prosperity thought with abundant intensions. Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity thought reflects the dialectical materialism .It has great significance in theory and practices. The second part: The development of market economy leads to the gap between the rich and the poor to be expanded at the present stage. The author objectively analyses the current situation of the gap between the rich and the poor. On this basis, the author analyses the reasons causing the gap between the rich and the poor. After making scientific appraisal of the reality, the author think the gap has not formed toproduce a polarization at the present stage then, having certain the effects and negative effects, within the range that can be accepted or can be tolerated.The third part: The scientific assurance to fair and efficiency is held under the condition of socialism market economy. The author analyses the connotation of fair and efficiency and their dialectical relation. In the reform of the socialism market economic system, we made brand-new weighing with the efficiency and fair: efficiency comes first, balancing equality. This principle is a great theory .It is a scientific and rational value principle which accords with the socialism economic rule of development. The fourth part: The implement of government's macro adjustments and controls is the key to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor. On the foundation of analysis in detail in the first three parts, the author propose that in the course of building the socialism market economy system, market should pay attention to efficiency and government pay attention to fair. At the same time, we should guarantee the leading position of government while narrow the gap between the rich and the poor. Point out finally that it is a long-term course to realize the adjustment to the gap between the rich and the poor in our country.
