The Development Of Real Estate In Chengdu Under WTO

Since November llth, 2001, China has been one member of the WTO (the Word Trade Organization) and has begun to open to the world. Facing the chances and the challenges, the real estate in Chengdu should have its particular countermeasure under the WTO.At first, the thesis describes the advantage and disadvantage of the real estate in Chengdu. Then it analyses the new conditions to China and how they affect the real estate.Thus how will the government and the enterprises of the real estate in Chengdu do in order to keep up with the fast development? The thesis is trying to give the answers to the question then. For the government, it should adjust its policies including the industry policy, the city planning, the revenue policy and so on. For the enterprises, they should think more about management, property right, alliance and so on.The thesis also studies on some pop issues. The first issues is the tendency of the housing price, the thesis analyses some important factors to give the tendency; the second is the laid ?up house , to solve the problem needs cooperation of the government the bank and the enterprises; the last issues is the marketing under internet, out of question internet will have a bright future in the real estate marketing.
