| Along with the coming of knowledge economy, both the researchers and managers have the better recognition that human resource plays the important role in social economy development. Facing the challenge of knowledge economy, how to develop our country's human resource become more important for us.Utilizing some theories on human resource development, combining the present situation of our country, using some qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the paper gives the pattern of human resource development .First, we discussed the basic theories for knowledge economy and human resource development, and the relation between the two. Then analyzed the problems in our country and found out the model of human resource development. Finally, a series of resolution for human resource development of our country and enterprises are proposed. |
