Chinese Automotive Industrial Organizational Optimum And Industrial Intensivism

The intensive development of the industry is a kind of sustaining way of development, which allocates and utilizes the resources reasonably. The article researches the mechanism between the industrial organizational optimum and the industrial intensivism, introduces the conception of self-organization and brings forward the new conception of industrial intensive development: the industrial intensivism is formed by both the force of enterprises' self-organization and the force of industrial policies' heter-organization. On the one hand, the industrial organizational optimum and the industrial intensivism is the result of enterprises' self-organization, in the process of pursuing profits, under the regulation of "the invisible hand", enterprises continually enlarge their scale, enhance efficiency and promote the concentration of production. Moreover they harmonize their relations through building big corporations and establishing long-term dealing relation; on the other hand, the relations between enterprises of one certain industry, namely, industrial organization may be optimum(as available competition), may be not(as excessive competition and high monopoly). So as the important act of remedying the limitation of market, based on the fact of the developing stage of one country, internationally competing situation and the relations among enterprises, the government should institute reasonable industrial policies to restrain monopoly, encourage competition and improve the efficiency and benefit of resources' allocation in the industrial lay.The automotive industry is one of the most important industries. But many obvious problems emerged in the developing process of our automotive industry such as low speed, disperse layout, the chaos of production, low quality and lagging technique, so it is impossible of our automotive enterprises to take part in the cruel international competition. So our automotive industry must take the way of intensive operation. Based on the material situation of our country and combining the above analysis of the industrial organizational optimum and the industrial intensivism, the article explains the ways to realize industrial intensivism of Chinese automotive industry at two angles of both improving self-organization's capacity of our automotive enterprises and heter-organization's capacity of industrial policies.
