Study Of China's Commercial Banking Industry Organizations To Compete Effectively

I low to treat and deal with the relationship between competition and economics of scale, is a new and grave problem to the Chinese commercial banking industry. The solution to this problem depends on theoretical guide as well as practical experience. In this dissertation, the solution has been explored from the angle of industrial organization through positivism study on the relationship of industrial organization and workable competition in the Chinese commercial banking industry. And some measures have been suggested to promote the optimizing of industrial organization and perfecting the policy of industrial organization. There are three parts in this dissertation. Part one, the theoretical review cit industrial organization and workable competition, includes the definition of basic conceptions, the review of basic theories and the indication of the particularities of the Chinese commercial banking industry on industrial organization. Part two, the analysis of industrial organization and workable competition in the Chinese commercial banking industry, includes the positivism study on industrial organization of the Chinese commercial banking industry and the theoretical analysis and study on the relationship between industrial organization and workable competition. Part three, the study on industrial organization policy, includes the analysis of the ways to optimize the iiidustiial organization, the valuation of the former policies, and the suggestions to pert~ct the policy.
