The Study On The Assessment Of Patented Technology

Along with socialist market economy system is continuously perfect and China joined the WTO,the more attention people pay to the functions of the intangible property. Especially,the effects of the patented technology which impel the society and the corporations forward receive more and more agreement. But the assessment of patented technology in our country is still at the underway and groping stage. Here,author chose the assessment of patented technology as a researchful subject.First of all,acting the roles of a right,an intangible property and a technical commodity,what special features and functions the patented technology has were elaborated completely in this paper. And then,based on the analysis to the actualities and characteristics of the patented technology in home and abroad,the inevitability of the assessment of patented technology was put forward in this article.In this paper,the basal theories of the assessment were expounded,the applicability and the deficiencies of the familiar assessment methods were discussed too. At the same time,in accordance with the actual status some methods were mended. Moreover,the factors,particularly,the legal factors and the technical factors,which affect the assessment of patented technology were analyzed.Finally,in allusion to how to consummate the assessment of patented technology,some countermeasures and suggestions were brought forward in this paper.
