Benchmark land price and connotation are confirmed. Lastly, It workouts amendment system, and debugs the result of benchmark land price, forming the final result.The project not only overcomes the defects of former benchmark lanl price, but also the method and means of research are very advanced. All the data and maps are managed through computer, It make foundation for the establishment of land price dynamic supervising system. |
