WTO was the shorten form of World Trade Organization, which was the international organize of committed itself to supervising the international trade and turning the international trade freedom, the predecessor was GATT which was founded in 1947. Compared with GAIT, WTO contained cargo, service and intellectual asset"in the form of copyright and patent trade.After China entering WTO, legislative system will be reformed and perfected.
