Guangdong Province's Privately-owned Enterprises

This paper is mainly composed of two parts.The first part is a cases study. Firstly, it surveies the history of the privately-owned enterprises' development in Guangdong Province. Secondly it indicates the current situations of Guangdong Province's privately-owned enterprises in quantity and scale, distribution of industries, distribution of districts, organization and management, efficiency of economy and society, and so on. Lastly, it predicts the trendency of the privately-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province.The second part is a cases analysis. It analyses and comments based on above introduction in the first part with economic theories and other theories. It analyses the cluster of the privately-owned enterprises based on the competition structure analysis model composed by Michael.E.Porter, and pays great emphase on the comparison between the privately-owned enterprises in Guangdong and foreign competitors, and considers the internal and external environments by the SWOT analysis model. Finally it present the strategic suggestions for the development of the privately-owned enterprises in Guangdong Province.
