The Actual Thoughts On Increasing Farmers' Income

As a big agricultural country, China has her farmers' problems all the time, which is of vital importance to the success of the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world, to the development of socialist modernization construction and to the social stability and to people's living and working in peace and contentment. In this dissertation the author attempts to research into the problems of farmers' income. In this dissertation, the author probes deeply into the problems of farmer's income in all-round way as all-side as possible. As my limited knowledge,, there may be an erroneous tendency in my opinion. Please oblige me with your valuable comments.This dissertation consists of three sectors.Section A: Historical appearance of Chinese farmers' income since Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee.At first, this dissertation gives a definition to the connotation of farmers' income, which explains clearly that "who are farmers?" and "what's the meaning of farmers' income?" Then this part reviews the state of farmers' income since the dawn of reform and opening up. Here's five stages divided more than twenty years into in accordance with the growth rate of farmers' income.Section B: The problems that exist in the course of the increasing of Chinese farmers' income at the present .stage, and its cause, corresponding influence as well.In this part, first of all, this paper analyses several problems emerging in the changing course of Chinese farmers' income. Then it disserts the cause that leads to these problems. At last, it analyses the negative influence that is caused by the slow growth of the farmers' income.Section C: The countermeasures to improve the farmers' income.In this part, After arguing the above problems and their cause, the author offer ten pieces of effective measures in order to contribute towards a better level of farmers' income.
