Study On The Influence Of The Cooperative Led By The Party Branch Of Shaobo Village,Haiyang On Farmers’ Income

The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2023 points out that "we will expand the channels for farmers to increase their income,promote the efficiency of agricultural operations,deepen the promotion of new types of agricultural operators,support family farms to establish farmers’ cooperatives and cooperatives to set up enterprises in accordance with development needs,and drive small farmers to cooperate in management and increase their income together".Increasing farmers’ income is the key to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".At present,the village Party branch leading cooperatives are regarded as a new type of rural management subject and are actively exploring new agricultural production modes.By December2020,the number of cooperatives run by village Party branches in Yantai has reached3,045 villages,accounting for 47% of the total rural areas in Yantai.In this paper,through the study of the Party branch co-operative in Haiyang Shaobo Village,villagers as the object of questionnaire survey,using multiple linear regression model in-depth analysis of the factors affecting farmers’ income,in-depth study of the party branch co-operative members of the individual characteristics of farmers and family characteristics,combined with relevant economics and statistics knowledge,Descriptive statistical analysis was made on the survey data obtained from the questionnaire,14 relevant variables were obtained to construct the econometric model,and empirical analysis was used to draw the following conclusions:(1)The cooperative led by the Party branch of Shaobo Village in Haiyang City has a significant promoting effect on the increase of farmers’ total income.Compared with non-members and other cooperative farmers,the per capita income of the members was about 9,372 yuan higher than that of the farmers who did not join the cooperative or joined other cooperatives,and the total income of the members was 47.2% more than that of the members who did not join the cooperative.The increase in wage income was 70.5percent and property income 73.7 percent.(2)The income increase effect of farmers is closely related to farmers’ age,years of education,the number of labor force participating in agricultural production,planting area,loans and household deposits;Based on the development status of the Party branch co-operative in Shaobo Village of Haiyang City,the following countermeasures are put forward: The government should call on farmers to actively join the party branch co-operative,and at the same time increase the brand cultivation,policy fund and loan support;Cooperatives introduce high-level talents,scientific planning of industrial layout,increase infrastructure construction,and dig the added value of products;Members should strengthen their professional learning and constantly improve their technical level.
