The Influence Of China Anti-dumping On Economy And The Establishment Of Policy

It is a allowable policy measure of the WTO for it's member countries to take AD (anti-dumping) action against unfair trade practices of the trade partners. During the past 30 years, demand for AD protection has continued to grow. The rapid spread of AD has , in turn, led trade theorists to shift the focus of research from the conventional trade-policy to AD.Based on the investigation of documents about AD in China and abroad, this paper considers AD practices during the past 5 years and it's tendency in China, and points out the great theoretical significance of the research on the topic of the influence of China AD on economy. Author shows China AD has a complicated and profound influence on competition, the adjustment of industry structure and the liberalization of world trade etc, and then moves forward to the research on the goal and principle of China AD. In order to implement AD law effectively , the last part of this paper provides some suggestions .
