The Comparasion Of The Official Document And Its Type Of Writing In Nowadays Four Areas Around The Strait

To standardize the writing style of offical document has become a highlight problem to the "four areas around the strait"(referring to Hong kong> Macao > Taiwan and the main land in this thesis).Due to the different situation resulting from different historical background,the offical document is used different in the writing style and vocabulary.For instance,in main land,with the continious improvement and perfection over the past half of the century, totlely standard Chinese is regarded as the expression style of the offical document,without so much as using the customary writings in classical Chinese.However, in Taiwan,many classical styles of writing are still kept in the offical document ;in Hong Kong and Macao,for the long-term influnce of England and Portugese colonial domination,the offical document are marked in the westen writing style and are not so obvious in keeping the classical Chinese as that in Taiwan.So the key point of the new situation of the offical document in the " four areas" lies in the difference both in its type of writing and vocabulary,which are the subjective exesiting alteration formed by many factors such as history^ realistic politics > econemy and culture.By recalling the history of the offical document and its type of writing in "four areas",on the basis of many official documents and vocabulary marterials,this thiese, taken official document and its type of writing as exemple, does the following researches:Firstly,the thiese inquires into the differences of official document's writing style and vocabulary,and puts the official document toghther into a general structure to categorize and give a overall comparasions and researches, with a comparative methord,to find out the similarities and differences between them, a chart makes it more clearer.Secodly.the thiese studies further about the future tendency of the official document's type of writing in the"four areas" and puts forward the following three viewpoints:first,enhance the communication and seek the common.From the tendency of the official document's development in the "four areas"in the resent decades,no matter in the main land, Taiwan, Hong Kong ,there is a commenprevious basis that the official document developes towards the detection of commen chinese.which can be regarded as the achievement with comment efforts.Secondjlook ahead and exchang mutually,seek consensus while reserving differences.At present,many execiting active factors are brought out in the practicing of official document in the four areas.On the document's writing style,it stresses the scientific N modern and concise,while on the useage of vocabulary,it stresses the popular^ commen and standard.With the standardizing of document's language,the communication can go smoothly and output its communicative function.Third,harmonize steadly and combind naturally.It's natural to let the documents and its writing style experience an indetification and devolp the strong points and avoid the weakness ones for the "four areas",which means a harmonization step by step at the coming day of the unity of china and the unity of document's writing style.
