The Evolution And Elementary Tendency Of Reforming Governance Style Of Chinese Communist Party In New Times

The Governance Style of a party is the key factor which related to the success of a party. As a ministerial party, Chinese Communist Party must continue to regenerate and consummate the mode of governance style. After the Third Meeting of the Eleventh National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, the party explores the reform of system of government and gets new breakthrough performance ,summing up historical experience and according to the practice of reforming and opening. CCP's governance style has to be reformed and perfected further in new century in order to meet the need of the great historic task of building the socialist harmonious society. In this text I attempt to give the governance style of CCP a historical investigation in new times and on this basis I'll analyze CCP's traditional ruling style's unfitness in new time from the ruling regularity of political party and draw a conclusion that CCP must reform and perfect its ruling style in new century; Then, on this basis, talk about the elementary tendency of reforming and perfecting governance style of Chinese Communist Party.This thesis is divided into 4 parts altogether. The foregoing three parts describe the evolvement locus of the Party's style of governance, and deeply analyzes the traits and the causes: returning to the style of "being commanded by the Party", transformation to the style of "governance according to law" and deepening of the style of "governance according to law". The forth part is talking about the elementary tendency of reforming and perfecting governance style of Chinese Communist Party. The Elementary tendency is as followings.
