As the modem enterprise system established step by step, the position of the enterprise as the market principle part is becoming more stable and mature. But for the historic and realistic reasons, the human resources development and management, as the core of modern enterprise, is still remaining in a very primary stage. Without proper understanding to the employees' career development, and the necessary methods for career developing and management, the human resources inside the enterprises allocate very inefficiently. On the other side, due to the lacking of efficient encouragement, the employees either idle away, or change job very frequently.Focusing on the efficient encouragement and proper allocation of human resources, guided by the "human essential " theory, this thesis analysis the necessity and basic function of enterprise career management and employee personal career development, helping the domestic enterprise managers to understand and accept the idea of employee career development management. From the point of enterprise human resources, it studies how the enterprise should design its career management system and help its employees to develop their career positively. At last, referring to the good experiences from some domestic and foreign enterprises, and combining with our situation, this thesis tries to supply a management plan for different phases, i.e. the employee getting into the organization, inside the organization and leaving the organization. The purpose for this study is to help the enterprise to strengthen the employee career development and management, make the individual mach with the organization career requirement, and achieve the organization target.
