Ltd face, so to bring out the management problem of Fei Ji. The second part of the case is case analysis which by using sales and marketing theory as a firmwork to analysis this case. It mainly include actors affecting sales and marketing activities ow to build up salesforce ales channel analysis WOT analysis and orter competitive forces analysis I had conducted some market research and review both internal and external factors that Fei Ji Consumer Electronic Co. Ltd facing, so to provide insight to the future development of this company. On the other hand, it also help to provide insight and ideas for the development of strategies for different organisation. The reason to select Fei Ji Consumer Electronic Co. Ltd in my paper is because this case is a typical example that Multination firm faced everyday duing late 90s.
