Soda industry is one of the most vital trades in basic chemical industries, and does the most close-knit to people's daily consumptions. Both producible capacity and consumptive level of Chinese soda are the first class in the world. The soda enterprises are faced with drastic competitions from the international and internal marketplaces after China entered WTO. How to improve the market sales ability is significant and meaningful for every enterprise.In this paper, the development history, and the status and the role in national economy about soda industry of China are introduced. Based on the analysis on the current operational modes and the common characters of production and management, the problems and lacks of soda enterprises in market sales are anatomized. The chances and challenges for soda enterprises are resulted from the changes in competitive environment of market, and fastening economic globalization and internationalization of internal marketplace after China entered WTO. The soda enterprises have a chance to develop and enlarge, at the same time, do have a risk being down away with by marketplace. Compared the differences of production and management model between the soda enterprises in China and in the U.S.A and in Europe, it is proposed that in terms of international competition, on one hand, the soda enterprises in China must cultivate core competitive ability, which is the impetus for the development of enterprises. On the other hand, the soda enterprises in China must establish ingelligible market sales plans and reasonable market sales systems, which are" the foundations for the development of enterprises. And how to improve the core competitive ability is researched.The key establishing market sales system is to draw up correct market sales conception and strategy. On the basis of research on market sales strategies for the enterprises, the locating principles on internal goal marketplace, which are closeness and especial requirement, and locating direction on international goalmarketplaces, which are Japanese, S. Korean and Southeast Asian, as well as the optimized fabricated mode of market sales ditches that is the integration of direct sales from producible factories and indirect sales from middlemen are proposed. It is discussed for the soda enterprises about how to strengthen internal marketplaces, how to exploit international marketplaces, and how to ensure the passage of market sales ditches.The viewpoint that the new market complexion should be developed by relative management strategy and the new market development should be helped forward by green market sales concept is proposed and it is expounded for the soda enterprises about how to carry out relative market sales and green market sales.At last, the all-managerial aspects of market sales for the soda enterprises are summed up.
