Performance evaluation is a core question in any economic system. Itis an imPortan part ofcontro1 system in entCrprise managemeat. With thehigh development of infOrmation technOlogy the ability of traditional,single financia1 evaluation system cannOt be equal to our ambition. It cannot timely, accurately suPply the information of suPporting decision andthe information of enfOrcement and control. In view of this sitUaion, theauthor puts fOrwar that we muSt set uP a performance evaluaton that fitin with the needs of strategy management.At first this thesis introduces the theoretical frame of stratgymanagement and performance evaluation, which include the essentialfactors and the operation characters of evaluation system, and someimportant re1ated theories. Based on these discuss, the author furtherprobes into the PAncipal environmental factors. All of these mings aretheoretical basis of later discussing.The imPortant contents of this thesis are buiIding uP a kind of newperformance evaluation of strategic management. In existing Performanceevaluation, the balanced score cards is one ldnd of advanced and efficientevaluation way\ which had been praised a big change in performanceevaluation. The main purpose and contents of stUdy are to imProve it, inview of the need of strategy management and combined with the factS ofthe enterprise. The maiti contents include: l.distinguishing differenteva1uation object, which include budget unit and strategic managementunit; 2.defining the hidex system, Which emPhatically discuss thequestion of key success factors and the distribution of the index at timeand room. 3 .building evaluation standard, which mainly discuss two waythe one is benchmabong, the other is budget. 4.bui1ding the managementto performance evaluation system .The author deSire a managementmodel of evaluation system and exPound some importam questions in it.At last, through the analysis of the utiliZation of the performanceevaluation system in Chinese enterprises, this thesis exp1ains itsimPoM position in Chinese enterprises.
