The Asministration Mode Of Ethnic Chinese Enterprises In Southeast Asia And Its Enlightenment On The Non-State Enterprises In China

This Master Degree dissertation did research at the point of view of culture on the problem of business administration mode. The dissertation has 5 parts including an introduction and 4 chapters. Introduction described the topic - researching background. the researching purpose and the researching significance . Chapter 1 mainly introduced the developing course of Ethnic Chinese and their economy, and pointed out the characteristic of the economy. Chapter 2 mainly introduced the administration thought of Ethnic Chinese in Southeast Asia, and specifically analyzed the influence of the Confucian culture and the family clan culture on the administration mode of Ethnic Chinese. Chapter 3 pointed out the advantages, disadvantages, the developing trend of the administration mode of Ethnic Chinese enterprises on the basis of further analysis. On the basis of all above discussion, chapter 4 mainly analyzed the growing course~ characteristics and the existing problems of the Chinese non-state enterprises, and discussed the enlightenment of the administration mode of Ethnic Chinese enterprises on Chinese non-state enterprises.
