After the war of resistance against Japan broke out ,situation had changed in China,CPC adjsuted land policy to reduce rent and interest,in order to solve peasant problems,at the same time,do not isolate landlord,keep the anti—Japan war carrying on successfully.Jin chaji base area is the earlist one that CPC had established,her reduction of rent and interest campaign is complicated,had caunsed profound social change.The study object of this thesis is Jin chaji base area from 1937to1945,base on researches of predecessors,try to have a more clear and detailed understanding on the reduction of rent and interest campaign,analyse the relation between every group in this campaign,and the countermesure CPC gave ,elaborate its great significance to Chinese countyside and peasant.This thesis consist of three parts.The preface gives a general situation about research purpose and significance,review previous related researches, elaborates the new things and research methods of the thesis.The following three parts are the main body of this thesis.Chapter one introduces a basic situation about Jin chaji base area before the war, including land possession relation,social class composition,tenancy relationships and loan relations, and so on . Chater two is the main body of the thesis,expounds whole process about the reduction of rent and interest campaign in Jin chaji base area, it is divided three stages: executing superficially stage,developing deepgoingly stage and implementing thoroughly stage, as well as executing circumstances and effect, problems of each stage are all presented, analyses reaction of peasant,landlord,CPC, and the subtle relations between them in this campaign. Chapter three elaborates great significance that the reduction of rent and interest campaign to countyside,peasant and Jin chaji base arae.The last part summarizes the whole process about the reduction of rent and interest campaign, outlines the changes before and after this campaign, these can explain the effect that CPC political power's intervention to Chinese counryside society. |
