A Study On The Phoneme Of Chengyang Qindao Dialect

Chengyang dialect, a subdialect of Qingdao dialect, it's phonetic system has its own characteristics. After analyzing a survey of local people's phonetic feature from a static perspective, this thesis depicts the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect in detail, and generalizes the traits of its sound and tone. The development of its speech sound will be explored, and the development laws will be summarized. Adopting a comparison method from both synchronic and diachronic aspects, this thesis describes Chengyang dialect' phonetic feature and its development laws from synchronic and diachronic. In the process of comparison, all kinds of evolutive vocabularies are listed. From synchronic description, the system of sound and tone of Chengyang dialect is depicted, and its phonetic feature is illustrated.,with making this system compared with the system of Putonghua. phonetic system. From diachronic description, the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect is compared with the Guangyun phonetic system.,and some traits of the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect can be seen when it's compared with the Zhongyuan Yinyun phonetic system. This thesis is developed into six parts in all:1. Preface. The geographical and historical conditions in Chengyang area and its speakers are introduced.2. The phonetic system of Chengyang dialect. The sound and tone system of Chengyang dialect and its traits are discussed.3. Changes of tune. The modified tone of two sequential words, suffixation of a nonsyllabic "r" and varia lectio of Chengyang dialect are illustrated.4. The comparison of the phonetic system of Guangyun and the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect. According to the comparion, the laws of development of the phonetic system from ancient Chinese phonology to Chengyang dialect will be discovered.5. The comparison of the phonetic system of Putonghua and that of Chengyang dialect. After the comparison, the similarities and differences between them will be discovered.6. The connection between the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect and that of Zhongyuan Yinyun To re-recognize some traits of Zhongyuan Yinyun phonetic system from the investigation of the phonetic system of Chengyang dialect.
