Finally, finding out enlightenment and reference from the globalization policies of foreign film industry for Chinese film industry and give some suggestions benefit to our film industry in the globalization competition. Among these comparative analyses, figure out that American film industry has been second to none, further more, all the globalization policies of the government of other countries are being embodied in the follows, to encourage expanding film trade market abroad, to carry financial support and revenue reducing or excuse, to encourage themself to corporate with other countries in making films, to encourage domestic film industry to make use of foreign capital and to encourage holding and attending international film fair and filmfest.
