This paper considered the actual situation in theGuangzhou market, through on-site investigation and survey, using marketing-relatedtheoretical knowledge analyzes the project environmental, assorts book market and analyzesof consumer behavior of book market In Guangzhou. Finds out the market demand andmarket potential of book bars. They are operated by the plight of the main operators in generalthere is no depth to understand and meet the real needs of customers, mainly manifested intwo aspects: First is positioning on the target customers of inaccurate, The majority of bookbars take lower spending power of students as the main customers. Two is Improper productstrategy.
