The Study On Zou -hao

Zou Hao(1060～1111),living During the Shenzong and Huizong of Northern Song Dynasty. He got Imperial Scholars in the year of 1082, and then he began his career. When he was the Professor of Yangzhou Government and Ying-Chang Government. Zou Hao rejected essays "Yueyu" for Fan Chunren and the deeds was admirable fou future. Zou Hao was appointed to act as"Youzhengyan"by Songzhezong in September of 1099. He had upright character, and he often submit letter with harsh words to the king, and had far-reaching significance. His documents were also with relentless pungency and reflected the fact. Because Zou Hao often attacked Zhang Dun and oppose Liu Shi to be the queen, so he was dismissed from office and demoted to Xinzhou. During the periods of Song Huizong, He assumed the position of"Youzhengyan"secondly ,then promoted to the position of"Zuosijian"and"Zhongshusheren". Zou Hao was put into an important position and he put thesis to the king like Qixianxungongyierhoujinduduan, Qizhichengshizhongnajianshu, qingjishuwuchaoshanzheng and so on. During the next stage, he was framed by Cai Jing, and joind in the"Yuanyoudangren". And then he was dismissed from office again, and lived in Zhaozhou. During the three years in Zhaozhou, he visited the places of interest, making friends, wrote the poets with local persons. He was the most productive writer between the poets who visit Guizhou and composed the poems left. And he enjoyed the support of the local nation and left many place of historic interests to memory Zou Hao.The period during the Zhenzong and Huizong of Northern Song Dynasty was the hardest times. Zou Hao's politics destiny is closely interconnected with this political situation.Mostly, Zou Hao as an officer of"Taijianguan"at that time, and time is not very long in his whole life. But he can spoke directly and opposed Liushi to be queen; he struggle with Zhang Dun ,Cai Bian ,Cai Jing ,and also got the moment people and later generations'respect. While,his official career was also hindered. Especially during the Huizong Dynasty,Zou Hao was put into"yuanyoudangren".Zou Hao cared for developing of education. He put forward building schools, and paid much attention to talents selection. He offered both ability and moral integrity as the criterion of talents selection. He thought people should Reward and punishment clearly, and developed personal initiative .That is much valuable to be learned for today's people in selecting and managing officers.Zou Hao had dealing with plenty of people.Su Song and Lu Jiawen hold similar political view with Zou Hao.and gave great help to him.Yang Shi ,owning to admiring each other,was in close contact.But there was only one most intimate firend-Chen Guan.They had the same interests and hold similar political views.Those people had great influence on his thought,personality,being an official and so on.
