But at present the studies on the figures in Xiao-Qing Fan Fiction is insufficient; in the past, most researchers focused on interpretation of individual characters, and a lack of systematic analysis of characters, therefore, in this thesis, the characters is the subject,Aim at trimming the main characteristics'types, explaining the motivation to form them, discussing its writing pattern and value and providing necessary complementary study to fix Fan Xiaoqing's literary position approprietly.This paper is based on the detailed reading of the text, using text analysis and the comparative method,to begin with the analysis of the text, to make the various aspects of discussions for characters. And try to put his representative works as an entry point, by the image analysis for typical characters, beginning from his personal factors and the era to explore the deep meaning and value of the characters on his fictions. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into the following three chapters:The first chapter is to do outline three types of characters: alley people living in Suzhou, cadres, workers,.Through the analysis of tipcal characters, make a brief summary for shaping the characters of each class with his own unique perspective. The strong historical culture of Wu Di was reflected by the residents who live in the Su zhou alleys .On one hand, they are pure, merciful and gritty.On the other hand, they also have some shorting comings in their cultural pensonalities,such as selfishness,leisure and too much satisfaction with their current lives.When moulding leaders, Fan Xiaoqing pay more attention to showing their self-improvement facing difficulties and dissinmilaton under the pressure of system in a humane way.Fan Xiaoqing offered particular mercy and care to migrant workers and write out their embarrassment and sufferings in the city in a king and gentle way.In Chapter II due to her own factors regional,regional culture and social changes of the era, describe the causes and context of her works. According to her own feelings and experiences of life she creates many works;Improvement of life experience's deepness and broadness; the local and Traditional culture of Su Zhou is the source of Fan Xiaoqing's production which involves branded Su Zhou culture. The gentleness of the characteristics that Fan Xiaoqing has created results from the Su Zhou district culture's influence .From objective factors, the times are changing in the aspect of politics, economy and culture, which also affect Xiao-Qing Fan creations.In Chapter III Analysis the writing pattern and value of the characteristics in Fan Xiaoqing's novels.Analysis the literary achievements for moulding charactereistics from the plain writing style, show of original life, plots'purify, special dialect in Su Zhou province and the deep ananlysis of the inner.As for the analysis of characteristics'value, we mainly discussthe specialty of the characteristics that Fan created.Comparing with other authors who also focus on the distric specialty, we can see that the ordinary residents living in alleys are Fan's symbol and brand. When she describes general Suzhou public, she is closer to the real life and pays more attention to the original form of life. She trys to show the nuclear of Suzhou's culture and through them to imply spiritual reflection and transformation of consciousness. When in shaping the image of cadres, Different from the majority of authors who focus on the similar topic,Fan Xiaoqing is unwilling to get involved in the major trend which aims at exposition and against corruption, but to explore the inner of these leaders from a humane angle which is less sharp and more merciful and natural.
