The period of Thatcher's is an important milestone in the history of the British Civil Service Training. In 1970's, the economy was stagnation, the rate of unemployment and inflation was high, Margaret Thatcher took a series of economic and political reforms which full use of market means to bail out the implementation, including the reform of civil service system and training. This paper analyst the supply model of civil service training during the Thatcher, and provide some suggests for our civil service training during the development of the market economy. This paper consists of documentation, four texts and the conclusion.In the first chapter, a brief review is carried out on the history of British civil service training, together with the introduction on the Thatcher's reforms of civil service training.
