The Policy Of Non-public Economy Since The Founding Of The Country

Through the study and research of the history of CPC and the socialist construction since the founding of People's Republic of China, the paper does the systematic historical research towards the development of non-public economy in China, and, moreover, the paper focuses on the formulation and implementation of the Chinese Communist Party's non-public economic policy. The formulation and implementation of a policy is based on certain ideological and theoretical guidance and gradually formed and developed in social practice. How to deal with and solve the existence and development issues of the non-public economy since the founding of People's Republic of China, is the new problems in the historical development of Marxism, which need a new theory to answer. For one thing, this paper discusses the process of thinking and understanding on non-public economy of Chinese Communist Party, in particular, highlights Deng Xiaoping's ideology and theory in the primary stage of socialism, and inherits and develops Marxism. The existence and development of non-public economy in primary stage of socialism embodies Marx's theory of ownership of the means of production in a Chinese concentrated manner.Based on the theoretical development of reviewing the ideology and the socialist ownership of means of production of Chinese Communist Party, the paper systematically summed up the development and implementation policies on non-public economy in different historical periods since the founding of PRC. Through practice, only encourage and support non-public economic development and growth, can we promote the rapid growth of our economy, enhance national strength, and constantly improve people's lives in china whose productivity is still relatively backward. In three decades of reform and opening, the rapid development of non-public economy irrefutably proves this.On the basis of reviewing the development process of non-public economy, this paper summarizes experiences and lessons in the development of the non-public ownership economy since the founding of PRC non-public economy, and gives a number of options to wards sustainable development of the non-public ownership economy.In short, on the whole, this paper is a general view and summary of the non-public economic development in a historical review, with emphasis on the Chinese Communist Party's non-public sector reform, development and evolution, and indicates the twists and turns in the non-public economic development of China.
