Base On Kulaks Policy Of The CPC (1945～1952)

Early Chinese communists has vaguely awared of the problem on the rich peasants. the"left"or"right"tendencies Arised from time to time. Therefore, Rich peasant policy of the Communist Party of China early is a premature and easily changed. This qualitative deficiencies of seriously impacted on revolution process of the China. Until January 1935, only rich peasants of the CPC's policy has entered the healthy track. From then on, physical retained rich peasants, the economy weakened rich peasants,which has become a long-term policies.This has brought the Chinese communist's increasingly united front of the consolidation and development in rural areas.During the War of Liberation, the internal struggle of the increasingly complex and gradual intensification of some 'left' the tendency in the re-emergence within the base. These problems prompted the Chinese Communists hadly to re-consider the policy of rich peasants.During the early liberation war,under the precondition of anti-rape in liquidation, the broad masses of the old liberated areas continue Reducing Rent and Rate's land policy of the Anti-Japanese War.Following the gradual breakdown of KMT negiation ,the Communist Party of China has changed over the past policy and adopted a strategy of restrictions against rich peasants, and achieved good social effects. This has mobilized the masses to support the front line, and achieved the ultimate victory of the War of Liberation,and acqured the political advantage. During the latter part of the liberation war,and with the in-depth development of the War of liberation, while a scale of the liberated areas has been rapidly expanding,man who went to the forefront and guided the work of the cadres land reform has been becoming more scarce. So as to reduce the rural social unrest From the political interests, the Communist Party of China has taked the land policy which moved landowners firstly and temporarily neutral rich peasants. This is advantage of focusing the party human resources on liberation war. Early days of the founding, the Communist Party of China, in principle,has taked the land policy which eradicated landowners and neutraled rich peasant, but which in exceptional circumstances can move rich peasants. Which consolidated the united front, reduced to disperse social wealth ,and facilitated the restoration and developed the national economy ,those have laid the foundation. During the process of policy of the implementation of rich peasants of Communist Party of China, some localities have"left"deviation.This paper is divided into seven chapters.
