Religion is a mysterious supernatural forces people to worship, not out of the national religion. Xinjiang's main Uighur ethnic groups as in their national history in the development process has a variety of religious beliefs. Qing Dynasty, the Islamic religious beliefs in the dominant Uighur, but the original religion of Shamanism still remains, it miscible with Islamic religious beliefs and customs, influenced Uygur folk culture. Folk is the people's material in their daily life and spiritual life from generation to generation in the life and behavior. The folk religion and people's material and spiritual are inextricably linked folklore, folk religion more or less affected by the restriction and some folk that come directly from the religious conversion. Uygur folk material and, therefore, the spirit of folklore and religion are inextricably linked. In the Qing Dynasty under the rule, the Qing government's religious practice in Xinjiang Uygur "difficult to repair its teaching and its customs, Qiqi Zheng and easily their wish," the result of custom and rule policy, on the one hand, respect the religious beliefs of Muslim Uighurs, customs; the other hand, restrictions and use of Islam in order to maintain its feudal rule. In general, the Qing dynasty's religious policy is successful to some extent it promoted the further development of Islam and promote the exchange of Uygur and Chinese culture. In this paper, during the Qing Dynasty as the starting point to discuss the focus of Uighur religious beliefs, to a large number of documents as the basis and foundation of discourse, from the Uighur ethnic origin and religious belief, religious belief and Qing Uygur Uygur folk culture, Qing government and the Xinjiang Uygur Uighur religion and religious beliefs show the characteristics of Qing four aspects to the Qing Dynasty, Xinjiang Uygur Uighur community and religious belief on the Qing central government to discuss the implications arising.
