Competition among countries in the 21st century is real talent competition. Talent competition, in a nutshell, lies in education and the key to success or failure of education hinges on teachers. Indeed, teacher education, as education in the heavy weight, have already been widespread around the world attention and become a focus of attention of national education researchers.Today, with the vigorous promotion of new curriculum reform,the domestic basic musical education took place a series of new changes, combined with the changes of high school education from the exam-oriented education to quality, which are made of music teachers in higher demand.
