At present,there is a kind of private art training institutions in the field of art college entrance examination.this kind of socialized art education and training deserves our attention and discussion.how to objectively analyze and view this kind of art training institutions? It is an important topic in the field of art education to discuss the achievements and achievements of managers and teachers in such art training institutions,and to analyze and study their present situation,confusion and future development.As we all know,the development of art college entrance examination training is from the past that kind of spontaneous,individual,scattered disorderly art training class,gradually to through market competition,elimination,developed into today's education group.In this paper,the author of the integration and to the enterprise model management,the use of a variety of efficient teaching models were investigated,focusing on Wuhan city for legendary art training school as a representative of the case study of this paper,trying to explore the various regions of Hubei province in private training institutions outside the school of centralized training,and explore how they will be a group of zero-based art students sent to all kinds of universities,professional institutes of art palace.It is undeniable that private art training institutions is an objective phenomenon.Rational analysis and deconstruction of the training institutions of managers and teachers,and their contribution to society,as well as their confusion,future development to explore,is the focus of this paper.
