Objective:In this study, medical graduates of two vocational school have been surveyed, we committed to explore the medical vocational graduates during the graduation anxiety level and social support, coping style, job attitudes and so on, and the impact of these related social and psychological factors on the anxiety emotion of graduates, in order to enrich the similar research, and provide theoretical and empirical basis during the period of psychological counseling.Methods:The questionnaire survey method. The survey tools used in study are Status-Trait Anxiety Inventory,Coping Style Scale,Social Support Scale,self-compiled job attitude questionnaire.SPSS 13.0 and LISREL 8.70 software have been used for statistical analysis of data.Results:(1) The anxiety level of medical graduates from vocational school was significantly higher than the national norm; The graduates used the positive coping style; The medical vocational graduates had excessive expectations in the job attitudes. (2) The anxiety levels of graduates in different schools,as student leaders or not in school,different majors,different areas,the mother's educational level were different obviously. (3) The coping styles of graduates in different schools, as student leaders or not,different majors and different areas were different obviously. (4) The social support levels of graduates in different schools,different genders,as single child or not,as student leaders or not,different majors,different areas,different parents' education level,different mothers' occupation and different monthly income were different obviously. (5) The state anxiety levels in different groups of expected salary were different obviously; The state and trait anxiety levels in different groups of major satisfaction were different obviously; (6) In the regression analysis, a total of 11 factors had obvious effect on the level of state-anxiety, the coefficient determination was 0.288; A total of 12 factors had obvious effect on the level of trait-anxiety, the coefficient determination was 0.125; (7) Coping style and social support would affect the anxiety level of graduates, coping style would affect the anxiety level directly, and social support would affect the anxiety level indirectly.Conclusion:(1) The medical graduates from vocational school had a high level of anxiety; They took the positive coping style mainly; They had excessive expectations in the job attitudes. (2) A total of 11 factors had obvious effect on the level of state-anxiety, the coefficient determination was 0.288; A total of 12 factors had obvious effect on the level of trait-anxiety, the coefficient determination was 0.125; (3) Coping style would affect the anxiety level directly, and social support would affect the anxiety level indirectly through the coping style.
