The Great Learning as one of the important Confucian classics, after the Han and Tang's interpretation until the Song dynasty does really play its impact. Song Confucian emphasis on the interpretation of Confucian classics. Zhu Xi paid more attention to the Great Learning and regarded it as"the door into clear character".Zhu seemed the Great Learning as the classic basis for his philosophy, he "moved the article and added the interpretation ", the Great Learning which adapted by Zhu Xi as the first of"the Four Books"taken on a new life and noble status, and respected by the post-Confucians.Wang Yang Ming was born in a filial piety and fraternal family. He proposed the aim of sanctification for learning purposes when he was a boy. When he was young, he was deeply impacted by the Great Learning especially Zhu Xi's theory of the investigation of things pursuit of principle as an Admirer of Zhu's theory. He found Zhu's book everywhere, discussed the theory of the investigation of things, but finally went through failures of practices, he realized the problem of Zhu's theory that the mind and principle was divided into two aspects. This issue has long plagued Wang Yanking, his quested hard and long, out of Buddhism and Taoism, and until the Awakening to Tao in Longchang that he realized the mind was principle had he found the solution for this problem. Wang Yang Ming's proposition that mind is principle united universality and individuality, rationality and irrationality up, relieved the rational and emotional confrontation, linked of the metaphysical and under-metaphysical, kept the principle existing with individuals. Mind is principle is the cornerstone of his moral philosophy, provided the heart and nature's premise for diversity of people and possibility of sanctification. Others the diversity and the possibility of sanctification provide a cardiac on premise. In the system of mind is principle, Wang stand on the old text of the Great Learning, criticized Zhu's change of the text. To enhance the status of the sincerity of the will, the investigation of things under the guidance of the sincerity of wills nature to achieve the conversion from the outside to inside. Wang opened up the direction of interpretation of the Great Learning, at the same time; he built his own philosophical system on the basis of its category and structure.The proposal of the Extension of Innate Knowledge in his later years riches the content of Conscious Awareness of Innate Knowledge of the Great Learning, at the same time, marking the mature of Yang-Ming philosophical system .With the maturity of his ideology, Wang Yang-Ming had the new understanding of the Great Learning. Conscious Awareness of Innate Knowledge instead the Investigation of Things, he made a whole new interpretation of the phenomena of nature. The three programs and eight items of the text finally attributed to the Extension of Innate Knowledge. Under the system of conscience, the Great Learning has become one of the philosophy of all things untied, achieved the personality of"all things in one"of the"adult learning", the Great Learning has become a very poor book of truth, firmed its status of"the first of Four Books". The thought of Yang Ming's the Great Learning is the theoretical expression of his realm of life.Yanming is committed to the evident of doctrines of Confucius and the perform of the political measures of Confucius. He bends practice in the "security people" and the "flat world" ideals with a strong sense of mission and responsibility to engage in the human life, and practiced his own life to his thought and doctrine.According to the different understanding of the extension of the conscience, in the Yang Ming later, his disciples divided into different factions, carrying forward Yang Ming's theory at the same time, promoting the academic development of the late Ming. Wang's theory spread till now; have a significant impact at home and abroad. The paper studied the different stages of Yang Ming's thought of the Great Learning, analyzed relative philosophical conceptions and contents of Yang Ming's thought, such as: mind and things, sincerity and investigation of things, and made an attempt to study Yang Ming's thinking of the Great Learning and present the essential content of Yang Ming's philosophy and the changing clue from Song Dynasty's rationalism to Song and Ming Dynasty's theory of mind.
