Testing the primary scholars from four schools of Suzhou,this research initially revised the"School Anxiety Scale for Primary Scholar",which was created by the Japanese Professor Araki Noriyuki,and explored the differences of the anxiety of primary scholar in various background variables. Moreover, the study described the individual diagnoses chart according the results. Through analysis and discussion,the main conclusions of this study were as follows:(1) The School Anxiety Scale for Primary Scholar was consist of four factors: the anxiety of testing and result, the anxiety of interpersonal relationship, the anxiety of classing performance,the anxiety of the body and safety. This scle had good indexes measuring.(2) There were significant differences in school anxiety and the other dimensions among different schools. The score of students'anxiety in ordinary school is much higher than the key school.(3) There were significant gender differences in school anxiety and the anxiety of testing and result, the anxiety of interpersonal relationship and the anxiety of the body and safety. The boys' school anxiety is significantly higher than the girls.(4) The children whether in the single-parent family or not had significantly differences in school anxiety and the the other dimensions. The school anxiety of the children in the single-parent family was significantly higher than the others .(5)There are significantly grade differences in students'school anxiety , the anxiety of testing and result ,the anxiety of classing performance and the anxiety of the body and safety.The Fifth grade students' score of school anxiety is significantly higher than the other grade students. (6) As the level of family income monthly is various,the children's anxiety level had the remarkable difference. The lower month-income family was,the higher their children's level of anxiety would be.(7) Since the education level of the children's father was different,their children's anxious level in school anxiety, the anxiety of testing and result and the anxiety of interpersonal relationship had the more remarkable difference. The less education the children's father received,the higher their children's level of anxiety would be.(8) Since the education level of the children's mother was different,their children's anxious level in school anxiety , the anxiety of classing performance, the anxiety of interpersonal relationship and the anxiety of the body and safety had the remarkable difference. The less education the children's mother received,the higher their children's level of anxiety would be.(9) The level of students' self-evaluation of performance is different, their anxiety levels had significant difference .The lower self-evaluation of performance was,the higher their level of anxiety would be.(10) Using the diagnostic diagram to describe the anxiety of individual students and groups.
