| Social pressure is gradually penetrated into school, academic pressure and academic burden on students makes them out of breath, immature students have to face these pressures, the more serious condition of school anxiety gradually attracted people’s attention. In this study of school anxiety-related issues, EEG biofeedback techniques are used to intervene, supplemented with tests, observation and interview students in the upper grades of elementary school.This study picks up the primary school students in grade five or six with a high anxiety level as the research object, using the single factor design between subjects, the independent variable: EEG biofeedback technology intervention/no intervention, the dependent variable: the school anxiety level.Intervention group members will accept three times a week, a total of 36 times every time about 1 hour of training for three months; control group members remain the same during this period. Before the biofeedback training started, implement a pretest on two groups of subjects. After the intervention of the two groups, conduct a post of the two groups. Two months after the end of the training, the intervention group and the control group have done a tracing test, part of the intervention group were carried out a case study.This study came out following conclusions:This study investigates the Neuro Harmony EEG biofeedback instrument for improving the high grade elementary scholar s’ school anxiety. Intervention of EEG biofeedback technology can improve the elementary student’s high school anxiety level. After the intervention of the EEG biofeedback technology, elementary scholars’ anxiety level, can remain stable for a period of time. |
