Accompanied with the movement of goods, people and information, regional food production, living style and eating behavior changes and 'Eating's movement'happens under the view of East Asian culture circle. Being longstanding, moving and open is East Asian food culture area's three traits, which are mainly decided by original ecological environment and Race. Three major East Asian food culture areas formed in mainland China, the Korean Peninsula and Japan Islands during Tang Dynasty (7th-10th Century). Their food materials and Food Category circulate each other, their Frequency of communication and degree display the Phase characteristics of the times. East Asian food culture area of today's form is the complementarities, blending and recognition result by the long history of complex multi-ethnic influence. Intellectuals are the East of ethnic food standards of living history, the paradigm of the East food traditional rituals and the main food history carrier. Groups of Intellectuals in Tang dynasty has certain political advantages, economic advantages and cultural advantages, mainly constituted by students, envoys, Monk who is seeking and preaching Buddhist soul, as well as businessmen, etc. They have ability of knowledge, recording capability and creative ability. Moreover, they have the conditions to hold high-level cultural learning and creating something fresh. With their respective strengths, they can often be leading'social trend'cultural effect.Considered cultural dynamic movement for food culture exchange, the staffs traffic to and from Japan or China through the Korean peninsula, who experienced' Northern Food Style'more, like cheese-eating and Preference for meat. It closely related to interaction between Northeast China, the Korean peninsula food ways and the Hui, the Turks, Khitan and other nomads'food ways. On the other side, the staffs that are through from the south (sea routes) line have extensive contacts 'Southern Food Style' more, like rice, fish, which named this style 'Lower Yangtze Food Style'. The Bohai food culture area plays an irreplaceable role in the culture exchange of food events in East Asia. Their livestock and hunting culture are profound impact on northeast people's living ways and customs in China and Korean Peninsula. Bohai People make the deep relationship among China, Korea and Japan by land road and sea road, and display the'Mainland-Sea'food feature obviously in Tang Dynasty.7th-10th Century, after long period, multi-ethnic, large areas within the scope of exchanges on the Korean Peninsula, Japan and other greater regions, we named the ethnic food culture exchanges Phenomenon for the 'East Asian Food Road in Tang Dynasty'. It is a unique model for examine the food culture exchange of East Asian countries. Mainly involve raw materials, food customs, food thoughts, food books (Recipes), and other food culture vorgang and traditional culture.Under the influence of agricultural civilization,'Food Road'shows contradiction between supply and demand of food from Korea, Japan and China, It warns government regulators recognize the relationship between famine's bad Consequences and food security is basic human rights.Finally, Countries in East Asian region should hold on'open, cooperation and development'as the oriental principles and concepts of enhancing protection of cultural heritage. Collatting, analyzing and recovering China Qufu, Chinese Taipei Confucius Temple, Korean Sungkyunkwan, Japanese Yushima seido's Shih-tien-li needs joint action. Studying the sacrifice foods and display orders benefits three countries' Cultural Preservation. China, Korea and Japan can apply shih-tien-li of the world intangible cultural heritage together.
